Lyn's Scarf and the Curtain Tie-backs

I finished Lyn's scarf last Wednesday or Thursday. I was scared that I wasn't going to finish it on time since this scarf took me the longest to create. It just took me a while to get used to the feathery yarn.

I used Bernat Soft Boucle in Blue Shades and Bernat Boa in Blue Bird. I used size 15 needles, did 8 stitches, and knitted (garter stitch) until I ran out of the Bernat Boa. The finished piece measured 59 inches.



I finished the curtain tie-backs today. I finished the first one on Thursday and finished the second one today. I used the Knitting Funky Fringe Yarn and the color isn't labeled, but there is pink, purple, peach, and green. I knitted (garter stitch) 8 stitches using size 10 needles until the main piece was 10 inches long. Then I cut 24 pieces that measured 24-inches long and tied on as fringe, 6 on each side. I tied the fringe into a bow and tucked the bow into the hooks.

I'm currently working on the heart ear-flap hat, a scarf for me, and a test project for Christmas.
